Bollard Covers
A bollard is already standing exactly where your customers walk. A printed cover turns it into a sign for the price of a few flyers. They slip over car park bollards, forecourt posts and shop frontage bollards, assemble in seconds with interlocking tabs, and come apart afterwards to be stored flat and used again. You will also see them called toblerone signs or pillar covers.
- Triangle profile: fits 100mm, 150mm and 200mm bollards
- Square profile: fits 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm bollards
- Heights: 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm in every profile

Measuring: measure the face of the bollard, not the way round it. A 150mm square bollard needs the Square 150mm cover. If the bollard is round, use the square profile at the next size up from the diameter and it will sit over it comfortably.

Artwork: print-ready PDF, CMYK at 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Build on the template for your profile and height — the 96.5mm tab allowance is within the stated size, not added to it, so a design built to the plain panel width will not fit. Keep logos and key text away from the fold lines, since anything crossing a corner will be read at an angle. Every order gets a free prepress check before anything goes to print.
