Heras Fence Covers
Printed covers for Heras-type temporary fencing — the cheapest square metre of advertising on any construction site, event field or car park. Printed on wind-permeable mesh so the panel lets the wind through rather than acting as a sail, and finished ready to fix straight to the fence line.
- Single panel 3375 x 1780mm, to fit a standard 3.5 x 2m Heras panel
- Runners printed as one continuous banner across 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 panels — 6905, 10435, 13965, 17495 and 21025mm wide, all 1780mm high
- 4.2m vehicle gate: a pair of 2050 x 1780mm banners, each with an aperture for the locking bolt
- 7m vehicle gate: a pair of 3375 x 1780mm banners, each with an aperture for the locking bolt

Which way does the bolt go? Stand outside the gate looking in, and note which side the locking bolt sits. Get it the wrong way round and the aperture lands over your artwork instead of over the bolt, so it is worth a second look before you order.
Runner or separate panels? A runner is one long banner spanning several fence panels, so your artwork reads across the whole line without a break. If the fence line has gaps, corners or a gate in the middle, separate single panels are the safer choice.
Fixing: use bungee ball ties rather than cable ties. They hold the banner flat, give a little in a gust, and they can be undone and reused when the fence line moves — cable ties have to be cut off and tend to tear the eyelet on the way.

Artwork: supply a print-ready PDF at the finished size, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Artwork can be supplied to a scale (1:10, say) as long as the proportions are right — just tell us the scale you have used. Keep logos and key text at least 75mm inside the finished edge so nothing is lost in the hem or behind an eyelet, and if you have chosen angled corners keep that 130mm corner clear. Mesh prints a little softer than solid PVC, so keep text large and avoid fine hairlines. For a runner, set the artwork up at the full banner width rather than as separate panels. For gate banners, keep artwork clear of the bolt aperture.
