Artwork: supply a print-ready PDF of the flat sheet — outside spread first, inside spread second — at 420 x 148mm plus 3mm bleed all round, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Keep text at least 4mm from every trim edge and fold. Landscape pages love wide photography — use it for views, rooms and panoramas that would be cramped on a portrait page. Not sure your panels are in the right order? Send it anyway — every file gets a free check before print.
