Deluxe Café Barriers
The smarter end of the café barrier range. Same job as the economy system — marking out your pavement seating, keeping the wind off the tables and putting your name in front of everyone walking past — but on chrome-finished stainless steel rather than powder-coated steel, with a non-slip, non-marking ring under each base so it will not scuff a tiled or polished floor indoors.
Buy one Full Kit to start the run, then add Extension Kits along the frontage. Each extension shares the post before it, so a three-bay run is one full kit plus two extensions, not three separate barriers.
- Sizes: 1000mm (850mm graphic), 1500mm (1350mm graphic) and 2000mm (1850mm graphic). Bases are 350mm diameter.
- Full Kit: two bases, two posts, two bars and your printed graphic — stands on its own
- Extension Kit: one base, one post, two bars and your printed graphic — joins onto an existing post
- Graphic: Display/Stretch Polyester or Fabric Mesh Premium, with a pole pocket top and bottom. Same price on either material.
- Single or double-sided — the double-sided graphic has no visible horizontal stitching
- Frame: stainless steel in a chrome finish, with a non-slip, non-marking ring under the base
- Each collar takes up to four rails, so you can turn a corner and box off a whole area
- Assembles by hand — no tools
- Indoor and outdoor. Take down above Beaufort 4.
- Graphics are washable at 30°C; realistic graphic life outdoors is around a year
- No charge for multiple designs — a six-bay run can carry six different messages at the same price

Working out what you need: measure the frontage, divide by the bay width, and that is your bay count. First bay is a Full Kit, every bay after that is an Extension Kit. Not sure? Artwork: print-ready PDF, CMYK at 300dpi at final size, fonts outlined or embedded. Build on the template for your width — the graphic is narrower than the bay (850mm in a 1000mm bay, 1350mm in a 1500mm, 1850mm in a 2000mm) and the pole pocket allowances are already marked, so anything built to a plain rectangle will lose content into the hem. Keep text clear of the pockets at top and bottom. Every order gets a free prepress check before anything goes to print.
Replacement graphics for an existing barrier set are quoted separately — send us the size and we will price a reprint without the hardware.
