Triple Layered Business Cards
A triple layered card is three sheets of board bonded into one, with a coloured core running down the middle. You see it on the edge — a fine red line all the way round the card — and you feel it the moment you pick one up. At 810gsm it is roughly twice the thickness of a normal premium card, so it does not bend in a wallet and it does not get thrown away. Worth it where the card is doing real work for you: consultants, studios, jewellers, restaurants, anyone whose first impression is the whole sale.

Artwork: print-ready PDF at 85 x 55mm plus 3mm bleed, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Supply front and back as separate pages, not as a spread. Keep text and logos at least 4mm inside the trim — on a card this thick the cut edge is a feature, and you want clean space beside it rather than type running up against the core.
Core colour: the core is part of the board, not something we print, and it shows on the edges only. Red is standard. Prefer another? Orange, pink, yellow, turquoise, green, pastel green, purple, blue, black and white are all available at the same price — just put the colour you want in the order notes at checkout.
