Rounded Corner Business Cards

A rounded corner does something a square card cannot: it softens the whole card in the hand and stops the corners dog-earing in a wallet. All four corners are rounded to a smooth 6mm radius, consistent across the whole run.

How to order — pick four things:

• Stock — 350gsm Silk, or our heavier 450gsm Silk for a thicker, more substantial card
• Printed sides — both sides or one side
• Finish — no lamination (natural silk, easy to write on), matt laminated, gloss laminated or soft-touch laminated (a velvety, premium feel)
• Quantity — 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 cards

• Standard UK business card size, 85 x 55mm
• Full colour print
• Minimum order 250 cards
• Free collection from our Winfrith unit, or tracked UK delivery (free on orders over £75)
• Free prepress check on every order

Artwork: please supply a print-ready PDF at 85 x 55mm plus 3mm bleed, CMYK, 300dpi minimum, with fonts outlined or embedded. Because the corners are rounded after trimming, keep text, logos and any border at least 5mm inside the trim — a border that sits tight to the edge will look uneven once the corners come off.
