Folding options:
- Gate fold — two outer flaps, each half the width of the centre panel (less about 2mm), that close over the middle like a pair of doors
- Roll fold — panels that roll in on each other — the panel that folds inside is made about 2mm narrower so it tucks in cleanly
- Z fold — three equal panels folded back and forth in a Z, so it opens out in one pull

Artwork: supply a print-ready PDF of the flat sheet — outside spread first, inside spread second — at 444 x 210mm (gate: A4) plus 3mm bleed all round, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Keep text at least 4mm from every trim edge and fold. A gate fold is built for a reveal: put the teaser on the two doors and save the big picture for the centre panel. Not sure your panels are in the right order? Send it anyway — every file gets a free check before print.

We check every file, and if yours falls outside zero-rating we will tell you before print; if it only comes to light after despatch we will send a VAT-only invoice for the difference.
