- Cross fold — folded in half and then in half again at right angles, like a map

Artwork: supply a print-ready PDF of the flat sheet — outside spread first, inside spread second — at A4 plus 3mm bleed all round, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Keep text at least 4mm from every trim edge and fold. Design the inside as a single A4 map or poster and the outside as a small cover — the reveal is the whole point. Not sure your panels are in the right order? Send it anyway — every file gets a free check before print.

We check every file, and if yours falls outside zero-rating we will tell you before print; if it only comes to light after despatch we will send a VAT-only invoice for the difference.
