An 8 page leaflet that folds to DL (99 x 210mm) from a 396 x 210mm sheet — four panels, so it still fits a DL rack or envelope with a third more room than a 6 page. Printed litho from 250 copies.

Folding options:
- Double parallel fold — folded in half and then in half again in the same direction, with the inner panels about 2mm narrower
- Roll fold — panels that roll in on each other — the panel that folds inside is made about 2mm narrower so it tucks in cleanly
- Z fold (concertina) — equal panels folded back and forth like a concertina, so it opens out in one pull

Artwork: supply a print-ready PDF of the flat sheet — outside spread first, inside spread second — at 396 x 210mm plus 3mm bleed all round, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Keep text at least 4mm from every trim edge and fold. Double parallel folds keep the cover and back on the outside and hide a four-panel spread inside — great for maps. Not sure your panels are in the right order? Send it anyway — every file gets a free check before print.

We check every file, and if yours falls outside zero-rating we will tell you before print; if it only comes to light after despatch we will send a VAT-only invoice for the difference.
