Comb Bound Booklets – 48 Page
A 48-page comb bound booklet for a complete operations manual, a compliance folder in booklet form or a thick course pack. The plastic comb holds individual loose leaves rather than folded sheets, so the booklet opens flat on a desk and individual pages can be swapped out later without reprinting the whole thing — useful for anything that gets revised.

Artwork: please supply a print-ready PDF as 48 single pages in reading order — cover first, then page 2, page 3 and so on. Do not supply reader's spreads or impositioned files. Pages should be A4 plus 3mm bleed, CMYK, 300dpi minimum, with fonts outlined or embedded. Because the comb punches rectangular holes down the bound edge, keep text, logos and page numbers at least 12mm clear of that edge.
Not sure whether comb or wiro binding is right for your job? Comb is the cheaper of the two and lets pages be changed later; wiro is neater and folds right back on itself. Ring us on 01305 819 879 and we will tell you honestly which suits the job.
VAT. Prices shown exclude VAT. Booklets of this kind are zero-rated printed matter, so there is no VAT to add — a laminated cover does not change that, because the item as a whole is a booklet. Zero-rating does not apply to items designed to be written on, so where the finished job falls outside zero-rating we reserve the right to apply VAT at the standard rate, and if this is identified after despatch we will issue a VAT-only invoice for the difference.
