Scaffolding goes up in front of a building for months, and for most of that time it is the largest blank surface the business owns. A scaffold banner turns it into signage. These are made with 60mm pole pockets sewn top and bottom, so the banner slides straight onto the scaffold tubes — no eyelets to thread, no cable ties working loose in the wind, nothing flapping at the corners.
- Made to any size — priced per square metre. Common sizes are 1 x 1m, 1 x 1.36m, 1 x 2m and 1 x 3m, but we will make it to whatever your bay measures
- Finishing: 60mm diameter pole pockets, top and bottom, for standard scaffold tube

- Double-sided is available on block-out PVC, which stops one face showing through the other

Important — how the size works: the pole pockets are inclusive of the overall size you order, not added to it. A banner ordered at 1 x 2m is 1 x 2m overall, and the usable printed area is roughly 400mm less than the overall height once the two pockets are taken out. Design to the visible area, not the ordered size.
Which material? On an exposed elevation or anything above the second lift, go mesh — AirMesh or fabric mesh premium let wind through instead of catching it, which is what keeps the scaffold happy and the banner attached. Standard PVC is the cost-effective pick for sheltered ground-level runs. Premium PVC is the heavier, longer-life option for a build that will run a year or more. Block-out PVC is the one to use where both sides of the banner will be seen.
Artwork: print-ready PDF at the overall ordered size, CMYK, fonts outlined or embedded. Supply at 10% scale at 300dpi for anything over 2m. Keep all text and logos at least 250mm in from the top and bottom edges so nothing disappears into a pole pocket, and allow 25mm bleed all round. Big, simple and high-contrast reads best — these get looked at from across a street. Every order gets a free prepress check before anything goes to print.
