Cut to Shape
Most printed boards go out as rectangles. If you want yours cut to an outline instead — the shape of your logo, an arrow, a house, a pint glass, a silhouette — this is the setup charge that covers it.
It is a one-off charge per job, not per board. Add it once to your order alongside the boards themselves and it covers the whole run, whether that is one board or two hundred. Cutting the same shape a hundred times costs no more to set up than cutting it once.

How to order: add your boards to the basket as normal, then add this once. If you are running two completely different shapes in the same order, that is two setups.
Artwork: supply the cut line as a vector path on its own separate layer, named clearly, in the same print-ready PDF as the artwork — not as a drawn line in the design itself and not as a JPEG. Keep the artwork bleeding at least 3mm beyond the cut line all the way round so there is no white edge if the cut wanders a hair. Avoid tight internal corners and thin spurs; anything narrower than about 10mm on a 4mm Correx board is fragile and will snap in transit or on site. If you are not sure your shape will survive being handled, send it over and we will tell you straight.
