Ordering this online: the width and height boxes on this page take your size in metres, not mm or cm. For a 600 × 900mm board, enter 0.6 and 0.9. For a 1.2 × 2.4m board, enter 1.2 and 2.4. Not sure? Ring us on 01305 819 879 and we'll place the order for you.
Rigid PVC foamboard — Foamex — cut to whatever size you need rather than a size we have chosen for you. Enter your width and height in metres and the price is worked out per square metre. Lightweight, easy to fix and suitable for indoor or outdoor use, so it covers everything from site boards and estate agent signs to wayfinding and point of sale.
- 3mm or 5mm rigid Foamex
- Single or double sided
- Any size up to 2.4m x 1.2m (approx. 8ft x 4ft) in one piece — larger images can be split across boards placed side by side
- M1/B1 fire-rated
- Printed onto self-adhesive vinyl and applied to the board
- Trimmed square as standard
- Fix with adhesive or heavy-duty double-sided tape, or screw straight through

Artwork: supply a print-ready PDF at your finished size, CMYK, 300dpi at final size (150dpi is acceptable on large panels viewed from a distance), with fonts outlined or embedded. Add 3mm bleed and keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the trim. If you need drilled fixing holes or a shaped cut, tell us at order stage and we will confirm any extra cost before we print.
VAT. Prices shown exclude VAT and are charged per square metre. Rigid signage is standard-rated, so VAT is added at 20%.
