Interlocking Presentation Folders – 5mm Capacity Single Pocket

When a flat folder will not do, a 5mm capacity folder gives you room for a thicker bundle: a proposal with samples, a small brochure set or a welcome pack. Our interlocking capacity folders are printed full colour in Dorset, matt laminated on the outside for a smooth, scuff-resistant finish, then die-cut and creased. There is no glue: each folder is supplied flat and folds together, with a locking tab that clicks into place.

Because they are supplied flat, interlocking folders are easy to store and post, and you assemble them only when you need them. Artwork: folders are cut on a cutter form, so build your artwork on the template (PDF, Illustrator or InDesign) rather than a plain rectangle. Supply a print-ready PDF, CMYK, 300dpi, 3mm bleed all round, with the cutter in a spot colour called Cutter set to overprint. Keep text and logos 10mm inside any crease or cut line.
