Wire binding lets it lie completely flat and fold right back on itself, so it suits training manuals, site handbooks and workbooks — and the recycled stock is the version to specify when the organisation has an environmental policy to answer to.

Artwork: please supply a print-ready PDF as 16 single pages in reading order, A4 plus 3mm bleed, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Keep text and logos at least 12mm clear of the bound edge so nothing disappears into the punched holes.
Worth knowing before you design: uncoated recycled stock absorbs more ink than a coated sheet, so large solid areas and dark photographs print a little flatter and warmer than they look on screen. It suits type, line work and muted palettes very well. If the job is photographic and needs to punch, our standard wiro bound booklets are the better fit — or send the file over and we will tell you honestly which way to go.
VAT. Prices shown exclude VAT. Booklets of this kind are zero-rated printed matter, so there is no VAT to add — a laminated cover does not change that, because the item as a whole is a booklet. Zero-rating does not apply to items designed to be written on, so where the finished job falls outside zero-rating we reserve the right to apply VAT at the standard rate, and if this is identified after despatch we will issue a VAT-only invoice for the difference.
