Choosing your stock
- 150gsm Silk — the everyday flyer. Light enough to hand out and post in volume, smooth silk finish that keeps colours crisp.
- 250gsm Silk — noticeably heavier in the hand. The one to pick when the flyer needs to feel like it cost something: menus, price lists, gallery and event handouts.
- 350gsm Silk — card, not paper. Stands up in a rack, survives a pocket, reads as premium the moment someone picks it up.
- 250gsm Uncoated — natural, tactile, no sheen. Takes pen and stamp beautifully, so it suits booking slips, loyalty cards and anything a customer writes on.
- 350gsm Uncoated — the same natural feel at board weight. Our pick for craft, artisan food and heritage brands that want to look nothing like a supermarket leaflet.
Uncoated stocks cannot be laminated — the finish is the point.

VAT. Prices shown exclude VAT. Flyers of this kind are zero-rated printed matter, so for most orders there is no VAT to add. Zero-rating does not apply to items designed to be written on, to laminated stock, or to certain vouchers and admission tickets — and uncoated stock in particular is often specified for jobs that are meant to be written on. If we believe your job may fall outside zero-rating we will raise it with you before we print. Where a job is identified as standard-rated after despatch, we reserve the right to charge VAT retrospectively and will issue a VAT-only invoice for the difference. If a VAT query does need resolving before we can proceed, please allow for the possibility of a short delay to your turnaround.
