Custom Shape Die-Cut Stickers
Die-cut stickers are contour cut to the outline of your own artwork rather than trimmed to a square or a circle — so the shape of the sticker is the shape of your logo, badge or character. Printed and cut in Dorset on weatherproof self-adhesive vinyl.

Artwork: print-ready PDF, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. Supply the cut path as a vector line on its own layer, named Cutcontour, and keep it a couple of millimetres outside the artwork so a slight cutting shift never clips your design. On clear vinyl, add a white underprint layer behind anything that needs to stay opaque — tell us if you would like us to build one for you.
