Correspondence Cards
Correspondence cards are the flat, heavy cards a business sends a short handwritten note on — a thank you with an order, a line to a customer after a quote, a compliment to a supplier. Bigger and more considered than a business card, quicker and less formal than a letterhead. Printed here in Dorset on board heavy enough that nobody throws it away.
- A6 (105 x 148mm) or A5 (148 x 210mm), flat — not creased or folded
- 300gsm uncoated — a natural, tactile surface that takes fountain pen and biro cleanly
- 350gsm silk board — smoother and brighter, for full-colour or photographic designs

Artwork: print-ready PDF at finished size plus 3mm bleed, CMYK, 300dpi minimum, fonts outlined or embedded, and all text and logos kept 3mm inside the trim. If the card is going to be written on, leave the writing area clear or lightly tinted — pen skids on heavy ink coverage, and it will not dry on a silk board. For that reason we would steer you towards the 300gsm uncoated if handwriting is the whole point of the card.
