Printed Menus

A menu is the hardest-working piece of print in any pub, café or restaurant — it gets picked up, put down and passed around every service. We print ours on 350gsm silk board so they hold their shape. Short runs are no problem, so you can reprint when the specials change rather than living with a sticker over last season's prices.

• A4 flat (210 x 297mm) or A4 folded to A5
• 350gsm silk board, full colour both sides
• Folded option is creased and folded to A5, giving four sides to work with
• Quantities from 25 to 1,000 menus
• Printed, creased, folded and trimmed in-house at our Dorset Innovation Park unit
• Free collection from our Winfrith unit, or tracked UK delivery (free on orders over £75)
• Free prepress check on every order

Want a wipe-clean menu? Our Laminated Menus are the same A4 350gsm silk, matt laminated both sides — the right choice where a menu stays on the table between customers. Laminated menus are standard-rated for VAT.

Artwork: print-ready PDF, CMYK, 300dpi minimum, A4 plus 3mm bleed, fonts outlined or embedded. Keep prices, allergen notes and logos at least 5mm inside the trim. For the folded option supply the outside and inside as two separate A4 pages — we handle the crease and fold. Not sure your file is right? Send it over and we will check it free of charge.

VAT. Prices shown exclude VAT. Menus of this kind are zero-rated printed matter. Zero-rating does not apply to items designed to be written on, or to laminated stock — where the finished job falls outside zero-rating we reserve the right to apply VAT at the standard rate, and if this is identified after despatch we will issue a VAT-only invoice for the difference.
