Dibond Boards
Dibond is the premium rigid board — two thin aluminium skins bonded either side of a polyethylene core. It stays dead flat, will not rust, warp or go brittle in UV, and it looks considerably more expensive than Correx or Foamex. The right choice for permanent external signage: unit fascias, wall-mounted company signs, wayfinding, reception panels and anything a customer sees every day for the next ten years.
- 3mm aluminium composite (ACM), white gloss face
- 1200 x 800mm and full-sheet 2440 x 1220mm; any bespoke size cut to order
- One square metre minimum order — for smaller panels, Foamex is the better-value board
- Full colour, single sided, solvent-printed with UV-stable inks
- Rated for 8 to 10 years outdoors before noticeable fade
- Optional anti-graffiti or matt laminate, and drilled fixing holes to your centres
- Contour cutting to shape available on request

Artwork: print-ready PDF, CMYK, 300dpi at final size (150dpi is acceptable on the larger panels), 3mm bleed, fonts outlined or embedded. Keep critical text and logos at least 30mm in from the edge, and tell us where you want fixing holes so we can keep them clear of the artwork.
